of 1915.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance datuled

An Ordinance to provide..for the incorporation of the Mother Superior

in this Colony of the Society of the "8 urede Saint Paul de Chartres" by which the institution known as the Asile de la Sainte Enfance and as the French Convent is carried on.

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions,
